How it works
Place your order online
Give us a simple estimate of how many photos you’d like scanned. This will get the order underway. We will confirm the final number later.
Send us your photos
For our Sydney customers we can organise a personal collection. Alternatively you can organise a tracked Australia Post delivery.
We scan with care
Each print is gently cleaned, scanned, corrected for rotation, sharpness, colour and then organised into digital albums.
We return your originals
Along with a beautifully organised digital library you can view, share, and combine with your other collections.
Preparing your photos is easy
- Group your prints by year or event e.g. “1993 Fiji trip” or “2010 Ben & Chloe wedding”.
- Place each group in an envelope or zip-lock bag and label it.
- Pop all the labelled groups into a box ready for collection or posting.

At Memory Lane, we offer two levels of scan quality designed to suit different needs.
Standard Resolution: Perfect for everyday viewing, sharing, and digital albums or small prints.
High Resolution: Ideal for enlargements, detailed archiving, printing, restoration, or when you want to preserve every bit of detail.
