Place an order
Start by placing your order online. Just provide a rough estimate of how many photos or items you’d like scanned, this helps us get the process moving. A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance payable once the scanning is complete and the final count is confirmed.
Send us your photos
Once your photos are packaged, we’ll arrange a convenient time for personal collection, or you can send them to us via tracked Australia Post or a trusted courier. We’ll confirm as soon as your package arrives safely. Learn more about how to package your originals here.
Your personal gallery
When scanning is finished, you’ll receive a secure link
to your Memory Lane Digital Gallery, your private online space to view, download, and share your photos. We’ll store your gallery free of charge for 3 months, and send a reminder with renewal options if you’d like ongoing access.
We scan with care
Every item is cleaned, scanned, cropped, and rotated at high resolution - perfect for sharing, printing, or creating photo books. Once scanning is complete, we’ll email you the final count and your balance can be paid quickly and easily using your original payment method.
Safe return of originals
Your originals are always handled with care. Once scanning is complete, we’ll carefully repackage them and arrange safe return, either via personal delivery or tracked Australia Post.
Enjoy the memories
Your gallery makes it easy to relive and share treasured moments. Create slideshows, post to social media, email photos to family and friends, or order custom prints, framed art, and photo books directly from your gallery.
Timing
We usually deliver your scanned images within one week of receiving your originals. Need them sooner? Just let us know, we’ll do our best to expedite the process, or you can choose our Express Service for guaranteed faster turnaround.
