Delivery options
We understand that you’re entrusting us with some of your most precious memories, and we take that responsibility seriously. Ensuring your originals arrive and return safely, and in perfect condition, is our top priority. We offer three convenient options for pick-up and delivery:
Personal pick-up and return
Our head office and studio are based in Sydney, and for local customers we offer a personal collect and return service for a small fee. Please refer to the map for our pick-up and delivery service area. Pick-ups and returns are usually scheduled on Wednesdays, and we’ll coordinate a convenient time with you once your order is placed.
Australia Post parcel service
If you prefer to mail your originals, we recommend using the Australia Post Parcel Post tracked service. A shoebox-sized parcel (up to 5kg) typically costs between $15 and $25. Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your package, we’ll take full responsibility for your originals and return them via the same tracked service once your scanning is complete.
Drop-off and collection
You’re also welcome to deliver and collect your originals in person by prior arrangement. Simply get in touch to organise a suitable time. Our studio is located in Beecroft, NSW.
Important - How to pack your originals
How you package up and label your originals will determine how we categorise and label the scanned images. If you give us a box full of random photos that is fine however they will be given a generic name and not organised.
You may wish to organise your originals by event, by person or by year. Separate your box of photos into year groups, or special events or holidays, or perhaps by family members. Put these grouped images into a zip lock bag, or envelope with a clearly marked label and they will become the file name for that group of scans.
Organising your originals this way will make it easier later on to find and share and for others to understand a little more about the images.
